Monday I watched tons of scenes in Velanik and did the little optional things
Tuesday I made it through the mountain pass and the Fendel Highlands. There were a few scenes but mainly just some treasure and enemies to fight for a bit to gain some levels before moving on
Wednesday was the port then Zavhert itself lots of talking and scenes and walking around for the most part. I got rewarded for the carta cards in the port and there is a girl to give all the plushies to in the town which allows you to see them in her room so that was neat.
Thursday I conquered Mt Zavhert and the boss at the end of the area
Friday I spent more time than I care to admit doing the puzzle cube stuff in the Amarcian Enclave area. I finished them though
Saturday Explored the research lab and solved puzzles so I could eventually fight another boss.
Sunday headed back to Zavhert and watched all the scenes to learn where we're heading next is some tower
I'm not really sure what else to say about the game right now while there is mainly just spoiler heavy scenes and some side quests that amount to hit a monster and turn the item in at the inn. At this point all that is left on the map to go to is some dungeons mainly. In fact if you finish the first set of floors and boss fight at the arena that boss tells you that you've been everywhere for the most part and Asbel says something along the lines of well except a few smaller places that sounds right. The main stuff left is going down some paths that were blocked or too difficult before to go beat some bosses and of course the story to wrap itself up through the dungeons. That and a few side quests that require unnecessary running back and forth but they'll allow for some much needed levels before going to the final dungeon at least. The only side quests I've not bothered with are where I need to somehow just get lucky with Sophie not murdering the enemy when doing an eagle dive in order to steal a rare item that has a request at the inn. Well I did try for the arena monster item drop when beating the first gauntlet of floors and boss since I had to beat up the enemy anyways but no luck so I moved on. I guess I can try again when I do the next set of arena floor challenges. I don't really plan to go out of my way to chase after it though. The other item I need to steal involves the rockagong and well I don't plan to mess with it until I'm ready to go to the dungeon associated with fighting that thing.
The free digital games this week had some cool games on Epic Games Store with Touch Type Tale which is a typing RTS style game so I'm very excited to play it when I get a chance. It is one of those games I sit and play from sunup to sundown to beat in one day if at all possible. The other Epic Games Store game also has my interest Deadtime Defenders and action side scrolling rpg. I tend to prefer the turn based rpg but I can enjoy action ones as well especially if they have a unique mechanic like this one since it's a side scroller that isn't a beat 'em up instead it's rpg based with shooting action. I don't know when I'll get to it but I definitely want to play it. The Amazon Prime Gaming had games I know nothing about so I wasn't interested and was trying to give Minecraft Legends again which I don't like and finally had Amnesia Rebirth through Epic Games Store which is interesting I guess but not really a game I want to play.
As for Playstation Plus games there is Balatro which is some popular card game if I remember correctly not sure if I'll play or not, ARK Survival Ascended which umm I think it's some kind of dinosaur care simulation thingy not really my kind of game since I don't really like dinosaurs at all, and Warhammer 40,000 Boltgun which I'm just guessing is probably some kind of shooter and I've not played any Warhammer games before so not really a game on my radar.
