Princess Peach Showtime Day 2 Floor 2 clear

Like I said last time I start out with seeing what awaits me on floor 2~ There are 4 stages to choose from again this time we can choose where to start so that is nice. There is a 2nd sword stage with a different kind of ribbon to find, an infiltration stage so spy?, an ice-skating stage, and a detective stage. Each stage has 10 sparkles except sword 2 which has 7 instead. I'm guessing the repeat transformation stages get harder as progress is made. It is clear that yet again once the stages are done there will be a boss fight in the center to unlock the next floor.

I started with the stage I'm least familiar with having not even seen the transformation in any advertisements or reviews, the infiltration stage. Peach transforms into a Dashing Thief which to me just looks kind of like Joker from Persona 5 lol. The stage is kind of difficult and I miss some sparkles. I figure Detective might be a bit easier and do it next with no problem as I figured. Then I did the Ice-skating stage and missed 2 sparkles from messing up the timing on twirls and jumps but it was a fun stage despite my concerns going into an ice level. The second swordfighter level was pretty easy, and the new ribbons are for Stella it seems. I still missed one sparkle and I'm not sure where or how...

I'm not sure all the stages need played first but at least finishing the 2nd swordfighter stage unlocks a stage in the basement. The game immediately throws you into the stage as well without really giving a choice. Anyways it has 5 sparkles and a Stella ribbon to find. I saved the swordfighter sparkla character by beating the stage. I also easily got all the collectibles in the stage most likely because I'm good at the swordfighter transformation. On my way back to the 2nd floor I bought out the outfit shop for now since I think each boss fight unlocks a new Peach design to purchase.

The boss door took 15 sparkles instead of 10 this time. I still have plenty for now though. The big bad decided to show and basically say the sparklas all need saved to face her in a roundabout way. Then of course she sent a boss to fight. It had an interesting, timed puzzle aspect to taking it down, so it was kind of fun.

The challenge this time is gliding as the Dashing Thief which is pretty challenging to do especially to get enough gems to get the ribbon. The design is hearts all over the dress.

With all that done the 3rd floor is next up having unlocked when I beat the floor boss that Madame Grape threw at me which I'll do next time.
